COLOR: Golden amber
NOSE: Simple and straight forward Canadian rye with sweet baking spices, butterscotch, dry grain, and dark fruit. An initial wisp of spirit quickly develops rich aromas of sweet caramel, typical Canadian rye spices, and a broad ripe fruitiness.
TASTE: maple sugar, praline and vanilla with a hint of spice and dry-yet fruity. Medium to full bodied witrh a warming mineral rye husk with a pepper driven finish
